By accessing Intrapreneurship Cafe – www.intrapreneurshipcafe.com, registering for an account, subscribing to the newsletter, or participating in any online events or community interactions offered through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use this site after changes are posted, you accept and agree to adhere to the updated Terms and Conditions.

This Platform is operated by Philipp Rubenhaus in a strictly private and independent capacity. Although the operator is professionally employed at a corporate organization, that organization has no affiliation, involvement, ownership, or responsibility with regard to this Platform, its content, its community, or any activities conducted herein. Nothing published or discussed on this Platform represents, reflects, or is endorsed by the operator's employer or any other organization.
2. Scope of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Intrapreneurship Cafe website, including your participation in the community forum, subscription to the email newsletter, and participation in online events. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
This Platform is a free-of-charge, community-based service. There are no products for purchase and no paid memberships or subscriptions on this Platform. Registration grants you access to the community forum and the email newsletter.
It is important to review these Terms and Conditions periodically, as they may be updated or modified from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to any such changes.
3. Description of Services
Intrapreneurship Cafe is an independent online community platform for innovation managers, intrapreneurs, and professionals with an interest in corporate innovation and intrapreneurship. The Platform offers:
Community Forum: A forum-style, interactive discussion space where registered members can exchange experiences, insights, and ideas relating to intrapreneurship and corporate innovation.
Email Newsletter: A periodic newsletter sent to subscribers containing content, updates, and insights relating to intrapreneurship topics.
Online Events: Occasional virtual events, workshops, or casual exchanges hosted via Google Meet or other video conferencing tools, open to registered community members.
All services are provided free of charge. Registration and access are granted exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Registration and Membership
To participate in the community and receive the newsletter, you must register on the Platform. By registering, you agree to:

Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your account with any third party.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

a) General
By participating in the community forum, online events, or any other interactive areas on this Platform, you agree to abide by these terms, which are designed to ensure a constructive, respectful, and professional community environment. Your participation is subject to the following guidelines:
Respectful Communication: All interactions must be conducted with respect and courtesy toward other members. Abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content will not be tolerated.
Relevant Contributions: Contributions should be relevant to the topic under discussion and add value to the conversation. Spam, promotional material, or off-topic content may be removed.
Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal or sensitive information about others without their explicit consent.

Proprietary processes, methodologies, or know-how
Non-public financial or business data
Personnel information or organizational charts
Any information subject to non-disclosure or confidentiality obligations
By participating on this Platform, you represent and warrant that:
All content you share is either your own original insight, publicly available information, or information you are lawfully authorized to share.
Your participation on this Platform does not violate any contractual obligations (including employment contracts or NDAs) with any current or former employer.
You take sole and personal responsibility for ensuring your contributions comply with any confidentiality duties binding upon you.
We are not in a position to assess whether any content posted by members constitutes a breach of a user's confidentiality obligations. We accept no liability for any content posted by users that may infringe upon the confidentiality rights of third parties, including employers. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable confidentiality obligations prior to posting.
Violating these confidentiality obligations may lead to the removal of your content, suspension or termination of your account, and may expose you to legal action by affected third parties.
c) Your Participation Requires Consideration
When you contribute, post, or submit content to any community forum, event, or interactive feature on this Platform, you understand and agree that such participation requires responsibility from you. This includes adherence to the rules and guidelines established for the community, your active engagement in a constructive and respectful manner, and your full responsibility for the content you share.
By participating in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting this Platform and community, including but not limited to featuring contributions in newsletters, event communications, or community highlights. You retain all ownership rights in your content.
You warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all rights to the content you post; that the content is accurate and lawful; that use of the content does not violate these Terms and Conditions; and that the content will not cause injury to any person or entity. You agree to indemnify us for all claims resulting from content you supply.
d) Grant of Rights
By submitting or posting content in any community area on this Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in any media for the purposes of operating and developing this Platform and its community. You retain all ownership rights in your content, and this grant is limited to what is necessary to provide, maintain, and promote the community.
e) No Obligation to Monitor
We are under no obligation to monitor content posted in the community forum or interactive areas of this Platform. However, we reserve the right at all times to remove or refuse to distribute any content that violates these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to access, preserve, and disclose information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy applicable law or governmental requests, (ii) enforce this Agreement, (iii) detect or prevent fraud, security, or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the public.
f) No Obligation to Remove
We are not obligated to remove any specific content unless required by applicable law. Decisions to remove content are at our sole discretion. The presence of any content on this Platform should not be taken as an endorsement or approval by us.
If you believe that certain content violates your rights or these Terms and Conditions, you are encouraged to notify us. We will review such claims and take appropriate action where necessary. Our failure to remove particular content does not constitute an endorsement of that content.
g) No Endorsement
Content posted by users in the community does not reflect our views or endorsement. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any user-posted content, nor do we endorse any opinions expressed in the community. The views and opinions expressed by users are those of the individual contributors alone and must not be construed as reflecting the official position of this Platform, its operator, or any organization.
Engagement in the community does not establish a professional or consulting relationship between you and us. Any reliance you place on material posted by other users will be entirely at your own risk.
h) Our Right to Act
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to take any action we deem appropriate with respect to content posted in the community if we believe, at our sole discretion, that such content violates our guidelines, is harmful to the community, infringes the rights of any third party, or could create legal liability. Actions we may take include, but are not limited to: moderating or removing posts or threads, issuing warnings, temporarily or permanently suspending user accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities where required.
7. Email Newsletter
By registering on the Platform, you may subscribe to the Intrapreneurship Cafe email newsletter. Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and subject to the following conditions:
Consent: Newsletter subscription requires your explicit, freely given, and separate consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Consent is obtained via a double opt-in process, as required under German and European data protection law.
Content: The newsletter contains content relating to intrapreneurship, community updates, upcoming events, and similar topics. It is non-commercial in nature.
Unsubscription: You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, free of charge, by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect your community membership.
Data Processing: Your email address and any other data collected in connection with the newsletter will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, in particular the GDPR and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
8. Online Events
From time to time, we organize virtual online events, casual exchanges, informal meetups, or discussions for community members, conducted via Google Meet or other comparable video conferencing tools. By registering for or participating in any such event, you agree to the following:
Third-Party Platforms: Online events are conducted via third-party tools such as Google Meet. By participating, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the relevant platform provider. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the data practices of third-party providers.
Recording: Events will not be recorded without prior explicit notice to participants. If recording is intended, participants will be informed in advance and will have the opportunity to opt out or to participate without their video/audio enabled.
Conduct: The same community guidelines set out in Section 6 above apply equally to online events. Respectful, professional conduct is expected from all participants at all times.
No Guarantee of Availability: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event at any time. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from changes to or cancellation of scheduled events.
Non-Commercial Nature: All online events are offered free of charge and are non-commercial in nature.
9. No Professional Advice
The information and content provided through this Platform, including but not limited to community discussions, newsletter content, event discussions, and any other material, are for informational and peer exchange purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional legal, financial, business strategy, HR, or any other type of professional advice.
You acknowledge that content shared on this Platform is not tailored to your individual circumstances and has not been reviewed or verified for professional accuracy. Any decisions you make based on content encountered on this Platform, and the consequences thereof, are your own responsibility. Under no circumstances can we be held liable for any actions you take or any loss or damage you incur as a result of using or relying on content from this Platform.

Mandatory liability under German law is not affected: We do not exclude or limit liability for damages resulting from intentional misconduct (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit) on our part, or for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. The name "Intrapreneurship Cafe", associated logos, and related names, designs, and slogans are proprietary to the Platform operator. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.
You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others and to refrain from unauthorized use of any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information accessible through this Platform. You retain all ownership rights in any content you yourself post on the Platform.
13. Minimum Age Requirement
This Platform is directed exclusively at professionals and is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. By registering and using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We will not knowingly collect data from persons under the age of 18. Should we become aware that a person under 18 has registered, we will delete their account and associated data without delay.
